    If you like simple and almost stark design, this looks nearly as good in person as it does online. I think it's a decent value. It's very simple to assemble (just screws, washers and bolts that connect the legs to the headboard and to the standard bedframe). But this is not something you want to prop your back up against to sit up in bed--it's not strong enough to support you on its own, or not for long. I may push my bed close enough to the wall to install some discrete vertical molding of some kind on the back, to use the wall as a support. It weighs about 20 pounds, if you're wondering how easy it is to lug around. [...] I'm using this on my main, and in fact only, bed. I would recommend this to friends if they were aware and realistic about its limitations.

      Looks really nice, but did arrive with a couple of dents in visible spots. I'm not sure if this happened before or during the shipping process. Not bad enough that I'll return it, but noticible to the point that I was disappointed.

            This a nice-looking piece. Our only major problem was that the leg extension did not fit into the shorter leg because the metal was misshapen. We had to try a few different ways of hammering it out before it came into shape.

              I didn't have a headboard prior to buying this and boy did it make a difference. The whole room looks complete. Nice two tone metals are very neutral and look great with my black wood furniture.
