About Vaughan Furniture
The story of Vaughan Furniture started in 1923 on a small farm in southwest Virginia with two brothers, Taylor G. and Bunyan C. Vaughan. Along with their families, they set out to build a furniture manufacturing business that would survive the Great Depression to become the established Vaughan family legacy that endures today. The company was originally organized, financed and built to manufacture a line of dining room furniture to complement another company's line of bedroom furniture.

Throughout the decades, Vaughan Furniture continued to grow and thrive with each new family member who took over as the company's president.
